Namaste Ecuador is a specialized travel itinerary for those who love both adventure and Yoga. This experience allows you to combine the very best of adventure tourism, without leaving behind your lifestyle, as you practice yoga in different locations throughout your trip. A regular day in this itinerary starts early with a delicious breakfast, mountain hiking and a relaxing Yoga session with one of our certified Yoga Teachers. What’s best about this itinerary is all of these things will be done while discovering Ecuador and its biodiversity.

Our guide will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to Inraki Lodge.

To start the day with energy, we will have an invigorating Yoga practice to stretch our bodies after a long trip. Afterwards, a delicious breakfast will be served, with an abundant variety of fruits, organic eggs and homemade, freshly-baked bread. Later on we will be heading to the community of Malchingui to take a walk through the region’s ancestral footpaths, where we will meet local farmers and become familiar with their way of life. In the afternoon we will be going back to Guayllabamba Lodge, where a hot dinner will be served.  B/L/D

After breakfast, we will be heading to the town of La Esperanza where we will be immersed in a community-based tourism experience, and learn about the indigenous culture and their agrarian traditions. For lunch, we will enjoy a typical Ecuadorian meal with members of the community. Afterwards, we will continue to Sacha Ji to practice incredible Yoga, with spectacular views. For dinner, we will return to Guayllabamba Lodge.  B/L/D
